Turdees or Winoes
Ingredients

11 C flour

14 eggs

2 C sugar
-
1 1/3 C white wine

1/2 C vegetable oil
-
2 tsp salt
-
1 C honey
Directions

Mix until stiff enough to handle.

Shape, fry in 1 qt hot vegetable oil until brown.

Let cool.

Bring 1 qt honey and 1 cup sugar to boil.

Dip turdees in this mixture.
