Sand Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 4 C cake flour
  • 1 C chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • Soften butter, add sugar and cream mixture.
  • Add cake four and mix well.
  • Add vanilla and nuts.
  • Chill dough, then roll into balls.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 325°.
  • Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
