Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 C grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 2 C sour cream (large container)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Let potatoes thaw.
  • Mix all ingredients and bake in a 13x9 pan for 1 hour.
