Juneau Crab Soufflé
Ingredients

1/2 C dry macaroni1 1/2 C milk1/4 C butter1 C soft bread crumbs1/2 tsp accent1 C grated cheese1 can crab meatSalt & Pepper to taste3 eggs
Directions

Cook and drain macaroni.Beat the eggs slightly.Scald milk with the butter.To the hot milk and butter add all the other ingredients (including the eggs and macaroni).Pour mixture in oiled baking dish and bake at 350° (glass 325°) until set (approximately 30 minutes).
