Juneau Crab Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C dry macaroni
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 C soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp accent
  • 1 C grated cheese
  • 1 can crab meat
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  • Cook and drain macaroni.
  • Beat the eggs slightly.
  • Scald milk with the butter.
  • To the hot milk and butter add all the other ingredients (including the eggs and macaroni).
  • Pour mixture in oiled baking dish and bake at 350° (glass 325°) until set (approximately 30 minutes).
