Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 LB ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp accent
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 C chopped onions
  • 1 C shredded carrots
  • 3 C shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 C chopped celery
  • 1 pkg egg roll wrappers

Directions

  • Brown ground beef, add salt, pepper, and accent.
  • Stir in the vegetables (add a little at a time). Constantly stirring mixture.
  • Cook on low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Cool 10-15 minutes.
  • Put a moderate amount of mixture on each wrapper.
  • Fold one side over the mixture, then fold in the 2 ends on opposite sides and roll.
  • Should look like a folded burrito.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
