Egg Dish Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread cubed
  • 1 1/2 lb grated colby or longhorn cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 C milk

Directions

  • Beat eggs with mustard, salt, and milk.
  • Add bread and cheese.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350° in a 9x12 or 13 inch pan covered.
  • May make night ahead, keep in refrigerator.
  • Options: Diced ham, onions, mushrooms, green peppers.
